Special Delivery to the UK Mainland is from £7.50 and guaranteed before 1pm next day
Recorded Delivery is £3.50 this will only insure your item up to a maximum of £28.00 and does not cover jewellery, please have this in mind when choosing your method of postage.
Outside UK postage costs are from £10.00, please e-mail for an exact figure.

Goods returned
If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your purchase from Gemstones Uk Ltd we will offer you a full refund certain terms apply please see below.
Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, these are the terms which apply:
You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;
In any event, you may not cancel orders for handmade, specially commissioned or personalized goods;
The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:
.1 with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
.2 securely wrapped;
.3 including our delivery slip;
.4 at your risk and cost.
.5 Goods must Not have been worn we will check for micro scratches upon arrival
After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
