FAQ:

How long will the repairs take once received?
Most repairs are undertaken within 7/10days. Special orders can take a little longer but we would advise you if this is the case.

How much will the repair cost? All repairs will be quoted for before any work begins. A firm quote will be sent to you via email once the jewellery repair form as been submitted and received within a 24hrs period

How much will the return postage be?
We only send items next day special delivery insured up to a maximum of Ł2500.00. The cost would be Ł6.50 up to 1kg maximum weight.

Are my goods insured while in your care?
All goods are fully insured whilst in our care. All items are securely locked away at the close of business in a strong room.

Do you give a guarantee on workmanship? and how long?
Yes we guarantee all our work for up to 12months. If an item needed to be returned faulty we would pay all postage expenses.

What items do you repair?
We repair most items of jewellery, including silver jewellery, modern jewellery, vintage jewellery and antique jewellery.

How do I pay for repairs once completed?
Repairs are normally paid for in full via credit/debit cards taken direct, personal cheque, cash paid directly into our bank account or via a bank transfer, once payment is received in full we would normally post the goods back fully insured within 24hrs.
